About DRX

Dispute Resolution Auxiliary Services, Inc. (DRX) is a separate division of DeMars & Associates that provides ancillary services related to dispute resolution management.

Our experienced professionals train organizations in dispute resolution, arbitration, and conflict management techniques. Additional services include consumer satisfaction surveys, customer retention programs, and organizational assessments.

DRX also operates supplementary programs for automobile warranty disputes, including application review, vehicle disposal, and sales tax recovery processes.

DRX Partnerships

Our main program within the DRX sector of DeMars is our partnership with Morley Companies. Our DRX program partners with Morley to facilitate the vehicle buyback process within a neutral 3rd part scope.  Morley’s clients are the vehicle manufacturers while DeMars employs the Transfer Agents.  This program has grown by leaps and bounds just since the partnership began about a decade ago.  Currently, we service about 8,000 cases and customers annually with projected growth on an upward trend.
